While we regularly work with aggressive and reactive dogs, we reserve the right to refuse services at any time.

Cancellation Policy

Packages are nonrefundable once sessions start. Missed sessions shall not be prorated but may be rescheduled up to two times before the client forfeits the cost of the session.
